Lawsuit Against Knoxville Dentist
Attorney Troy Bowlin is representing three patients of Knoxville dentist Clarence "Buzz" Nabers. The plaintiffs have filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against his practice for potentially exposing thousands of people to infectious diseases by reusing and improperly sterilizing dental tools.

Cocke County Man Returned to Prison After Parole Violation
This month Defense Attorney Troy Bowlin moved to re-open the probation revocation hearing. He asked the sentence be set aside based on a Court of Criminal Appeals ruling which held “a warrantless search provision in a probation agreement does not permit the state to search a probationer’s home without reasonable suspicion justifying the search.”
